SRO – ProektStroy RF

According to Federal Law No. 315-FZ, the SRO compensation fund is an insurance mechanism that ensures compensation for damage caused by members of the organization.

It is formed from mandatory contributions and is divided into two types:

•KF ODO – to ensure liability to third parties;

•KF VVST – to fulfill obligations under concluded contracts.

The company makes a contribution once upon joining – and these funds are frozen in the SRO structure. That is why the desire to return this money upon exit is understandable and logical.
